An Outstanding Example of Traditional British Craftsmanship

Timeless is created by combining advanced materials and processes with skilled craftsmanship resulting in a unique collection of elegant handcrafted furniture. The designs are exquisite yet simple, with clean lines and refined detailing.

Each piece is personally numbered and recorded - a collector’s item to treasure, forever...

After 45 years in the industry, founder, Malcolm Cole, is regarded as one of the world’s specialists in stainless steel engineering. A true visionary, he has several patents to his name and is perhaps best known as the innovator of oval section stainless steel tube which received international acclaim. The Malcolm Cole Group produced stainless steel hand-railing systems for the architectural and marine industries worldwide and was involved in some major architectural projects, specified by such renowned names as Sir Norman Foster, Nick Grimshaw and Ron Arad; and worked closely with the late Jon Bannenberg on several yacht building projects.

As a showpiece for oval tube and to demonstrate its versatility Cole designed several items of furniture that were exhibited at Earl’s Court in 1994. A major architectural magazine published a scathing review of these designs but the adverse comments generated such interest that effectively they led to the very first orders for Timeless creations.

Boatyards throughout the world are now users of oval section stainless tube with both yacht designers and interior designers stipulating Timeless furniture for its unique style and structural quality.

Tim Heywood and many other notable marine architects, including Don Starkey, Andrew Winch and Terence Disdale specify Timeless products, as well as interior designers, notably the Ralph Lauren design studios for the Genesis 154 marine project.

It is this heritage of marine engineering excellence that sets Timeless apart. The skills and processes of manufacture, combining high temperature welding and freezing techniques, are probably not found in any other product in the furniture industry.

The designs are made with supreme knowledge of the material - stainless steel - and all prototypes are carefully overseen by the designer.

Each individual item is constructed meticulously: marine grade 316 stainless steel is precision welded and polished to a flawless mirror finish. The team of welders and polishers have taken many years to attain the level of skilill necessary to create the final product. Not only finite skill and accuracy but also many hours of labour are required to create each piece by people passionate about their trade.

Timeless furniture today adorns executive suites, hotel foyers and private residences, as well as some of the world’s finest super yachts.

Our client base features some of the most discerning individuals whose own enthusiasm for design and art complements that of the manufacturer.
